My Rating: 5+ stars out of 5
BEST BOOK EVER. I honestly don’t think I have ever read anything quite like this. Anything as enchanting and amazing. What even did Sarah J Maas do, how did she even write this masterpiece?
“No one was my master— but I might be master of everything, if I wished. If I dared.”
I am speechless. Like I have no words as to how much I loved every little bit of it. Everything I experienced whilst reading it. How I was captured from the beginning into this world and how the writing, the plot, EVERYTHING kept me hooked. How I wished it didn’t end even though I read 600 odd pages.
The story line is just out of this world. I think that is what makes this so unique and so great. Everything is crafted together so perfectly. The puzzles, the dialogues, the plot line, the history and the narration. You will love EVERYTHING. And quite honestly I cannot imagine anyone not loving this. Because it literally is quite perfect.
The characters here go so much more in depth. Feyre is a different person altogether. I loved her. I love who she became and how I connected with her and adored her even in those weak moments. More than anything I loved Rhys. I loved how this book was so modern even if it was written about an olden time because the villains aren’t always evil. There is good and bad in everyone and I think that makes this stand out from the crowd. We see a very different side to Rhys, even though I’m sure most of us love him anyway since the last book. But there are other characters who we get to meet who are dangerous but they are the best kind of people.
“I was his and he was mine, and we were the beginning and middle and end. We were a song that had been sung from the very first ember of light in the world.”
My expectations are incredibly high for the next book, I just can’t see how anything could get better. It is hot as hell too believe me some of the scenes are “WOAH someone get me a fan.” I recommend this to every single reader, you will LOVE this.
